On February 8th, 2026, our sweet little brother Bryten Hagerty became our guardian angel. Those who knew Bryten, or Buggy, knew what a kind, selfless, amazing person he was. Our world is shattered; we are reeling from the loss of one of the most loving people we got the chance to love.

As most know, our parents live in Texas, and Bryten lived in Boise, Idaho. My little sister Tatteana and I drove up here last night to be with him, while our parents make the grueling drive here as fast as possible.

As we navigate this new darkness, we are reminded how truly expensive planning to put your loved one to rest is. We are asking for help to lay our baby brother to rest. We know times are hard for everyone, and we are feeling the full effects of that now. This is not something that you plan for, and now we are all trying to figure out how to cover this and help this be as stress-free as possible.
