Hello, my name is Belen Betancourt. I am the grandmother of our precious little angel, Elianna Betancourt. She passed away inside her mother's womb, my daughter Nataly, on October 6th, 2025, when the placenta detached and erupted out of nowhere, causing my daughter to be rushed to an emergency C-section.

We were already going through the pain of losing the baby, but my own daughter was also fighting for her life to survive because she had major internal bleeding. The doctors took about 7 long hours to save my daughter's life, to stop the bleeding, and call her a miracle of God. Doctors can't explain why this happened to her because her whole pregnancy was perfect with no complications at all. It was all a nightmare that day.

As we are already facing many difficulties financially, we ask and pray for your help to support us with anything you can for the funeral arrangements of baby Elianna. She was so perfect, so beautiful; we were all ready to love and care for her and watch her grow. She was my first granddaughter. My daughter is still recovering from her major surgery, and we ask for your help with any donations you can make and all prayers for our family to have the strength to lay our precious little princess to her final rest.
