Help Lay Baby Colson to Rest
On May 16th 2021 Colson came into this world the youngest of four brothers. He had a smile that always lit up the room and though he couldn't yet speak, that cute grin always seemed to shout, "I love you."
Unfortunately on August 9th, rooms got a little darker and the "I love you," smiles Colson's family had grown so accustomed to would be forever absent. Baby Colson, not even three months old, had passed away in his sleep.
No one expects to have to burry their child, especially so suddenly. The weight of the world is on Brooke and Tommy's (his parents) shoulders as they wrestle not only with how to go on but also the financial difficulties a tragedy like this brings. Funeral expenses, missed work, feeding their other three kids in a convenient way, as well as possibly moving if they are unable to feel at home again where this heartbreaking event took place; it's more than anyone should have to endure.
Sadly, we can't do anything to bring Colson back. But we can do something to ensure he is given a proper burial and provide aid to his family that he loved so much. So please, if there is anything you can give, consider doing so. Even if its just sharing to get the word out. No gesture is too small.
No family should ever have to go through this, but they definitely shouldn't have to do it alone. Thank you.
