Help Lay Annie Ohannessian To Rest - Funeral

My dear aunt – Annie Ohannessian left this world too soon; may she rest in peace.

She was battling COVID-19 and had developed a severe case of pneumonia. They had her on a ventilator and there was a slight improvement in her lungs. The doctors and nurses were going to transport her to an ECMO machine so that her heart and lungs could have a chance to heal. However, early Monday morning, my dear aunt could not take it anymore – and her heart stopped beating.

She left behind her three children, a beautiful granddaughter, and a huge family who deeply love her. For those of you who knew my aunt, you know that her laughter was literally contagious. She suffered throughout her life, as a lot of us have, but she was always laughing, all through the bad times and the good times. As you read this, I’m sure you’re tearing up – recalling her laughter in your head.

Nonetheless, her hearty laughter will never be heard in this world again. She will never bring a smile on people’s faces the same way she used to. Every time we think of her, even the good times, we will be haunted by the fact that she just left us too early. A mother is supposed to pass before her children, but not like this and not at this age.

Her funeral expenses are $30,000.
