Jerry Elliott and Wendy Simmons’ mother, and grandmother to Alexandria Simmons, was a cherished homemaker who filled her family’s life with warmth and care. She found joy in gardening, tending to her two beloved birds, and sharing her days with her boyfriend, Alex Edwards, whose passing in February 2022 was a difficult loss for her. Her love for her family and the simple pleasures of life made her a special presence in the lives of those around her.

Her passing was sudden and heartbreaking. While out Christmas shopping with Wendy, they stopped at McDonald’s for a meal, and she tragically choked on her food. The shock of losing her so unexpectedly has left her family grieving and facing the challenge of arranging a proper farewell for someone who meant so much to them.
