Help Lawrence Women's Basketball Compete in Daytona Beach

Hi! My name is Bailey Griffis, and I am a junior women's basketball player at Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin.

My team is currently fundraising for a trip to Daytona Beach, Florida, that allows us to travel to play two games over our school's winter break in December. Each player on our team has to raise $500 individually to contribute to the trip.

Within the next few weeks, our team will have a free throw shoot-a-thon fundraiser. Prior to the event, we collect donations. The donations can either be flat amounts or pledges to contribute an amount for each free throw made. We each shoot 100 free throws. For example, if someone were to pledge $0.50 per free throw made, and I made 90/100...the donation amount would be $45, which would be collected after the event. Flat amounts can be collected at any time.
