Help Lavender Get the Medical Care She Needs

Hi! My name is Lia, and this is my beautiful kitty Lavender. I adopted Lavender at the start of August. Shortly after bringing her home, I started to notice that she seemed to be in distress all the time, as well as having shallow breathing. After taking her to the vet, I learned that she has an anxiety disorder, as well as gingivitis and some sort of ear issue. Our vet has recommended that I take her in for a teeth cleaning, an ear cleaning, an ear swab to check for an infection, and a chest X-ray to assess her breathing. Together, that's going to cost over $1200, and that's not including the bloodwork I have to bring her in for on the 2nd to make sure it's safe to put her under anesthesia.

I don't qualify for Scratchpay or CareCredit, and pet insurance won't cover any of this because all of these issues are "pre-existing conditions." If I want to get Lavender the care she needs, I'm going to have to save for months, and by the time I have the money, her bloodwork might have expired, meaning I'll have to pay even MORE to take her back in. And in the meantime, Lavender will continue to be in pain because these greedy pet insurance companies aren't willing to cover her care. This is all insanity, and all I want is for my baby to be healthy as quickly as possible.
