Help Lauryn Fund Treatment for OCD and MS

My partner is struggling with debilitating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) causing high stress levels and exacerbating her Multiple Sclerosis (MS). She has lost her job as a result and her interpersonal relationships are being threatened. The recommended treatment for her to be able to return to a functioning lifestyle is Intensive Outpatient (IOP) therapy at the OCD & Anxiety Treatment Center in South Jordan, UT, which will ultimately cost around $15,000. The ability to provide for herself financially is limited by her MS yet she has been unable to obtain unemployment, disability benefits or health insurance that the center will accept.
