Honoring Lauri’s Son with Love and Support

There are no words big enough for this kind of loss. A mother has lost her son in a sudden, devastating accident in New York, and her world has been shattered.

Our dear friend Lauri is in Las Vegas, grieving from a distance, trying to process the unthinkable while figuring out how to get there to say goodbye to her child.

We are raising money to help her get to New York, to honor her son’s life, and to cover the days of work she will miss simply because grief doesn’t pause for real life. Every dollar goes straight to her. Nothing is taken out. No fees. Just people helping a broken-hearted mama survive the worst moment of her life.

Joshua was a sweet, kind soul with a big heart and the best laugh, and he gave the best hugs.

He was a great son, brother, uncle, and nephew. And boy, did he love being an uncle. He enjoyed his sister’s cooking but would never admit it to her to keep her grounded. As he tells his mama, he didn’t want her head to get too big. lol

We will miss Josh terribly and treasure all of the memories we have with him.
