Hi my name is Lauren, I’m a mother of a wonderful 7 year old boy, and I have had an infection in my brain for over 9 months now it’s in stage two, because my doctor missed it, it got worse. For the past 7 weeks the infection has spread to my brain, I also have meningitis and Covid, for the past 8 weeks I have been feeling off and finally a doctor figured it out, but because of all of this it’s  made me unable to work. Since my doctor didn’t know what it was I continued to try to go to work but had to call out 3-4 a week leaving me with small paychecks I am now finally admitted and hooked to an iv receiving the proper care but am unable to work, my bills are stacking up and I can’t do anything from here. Please find the compassion in your heart to help me. I would never do this unless I needed to. I will be unable to work for a couple months after because of the effects from the state two infection, I need to get all my mobility back, eyesight and finish treatment. Please help!
