About Lauren

Lauren has spent the past 20 years training, competing, and coaching across multiple sports, from CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting to bodybuilding and powerlifting. Along the way she’s earned state and national records, competed at the highest levels, and inspired countless athletes with her dedication and drive.

She owns and operates Rutan Athletic Club and The RAC Gym & Recovery Center in North Canton, Ohio, where she trains athletes of all ages and continues to give back to her community through fitness.

Outside of the gym, Lauren is a proud wife to Devan and mom to six amazing kids — Ava (16), Jackson (15), Hudson (14), Graham (12), Ryker (4), and Rose (2). Balancing family, business, and competition hasn’t been easy, but her relentless work ethic and passion for the sport have brought her to an incredible milestone: representing Team USA at the IPL World Championships in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
