Help Lauren Recover After Tragic Motorcycle Accident!
Donation protected
Hi friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,
I'm reaching out today to ask for your help for someone incredibly special — my son's best friend, Lauren.
Lauren is a hardworking, kind, and selfless 22 year-old who has spent years working with disabled teens, always giving his best to help others. He had just secured a new, better-paying job and was feeling hopeful about the future.
Tragically, Lauren was in a serious motorcycle accident and suffered multiple broken bones including a broken pelvis. Due to the nature of his injuries, there are heartbreaking uncertainties about what this means for him in the future. He now faces a long and painful road to recovery, with months of limited mobility and no ability to work.
Lauren lives at home with his mom, a single mother and the owner of “The Dirty Dog,” a beloved dog grooming business in Placerville, CA. She works tirelessly to keep her small business afloat, and Lauren's contributions to their household were vital. Without his income, the financial strain on this family will be overwhelming — especially as recovery costs, and daily living expenses continue to mount.
I've known Lauren and his mom for many years, and they are some of the most hardworking, humble people I’ve ever met. They would never ask for help themselves, which is why I’m doing it for them.
If you can donate — no matter how small — it would mean the world to this family. If you can’t give, please consider sharing this campaign to help spread the word. Together, hopefully we can ease the burden on this amazing young man and his loving mom, and help them focus on healing.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
With gratitude,
Aimee Williams
