Help Lauren get back on her feet!

Lauren had surgery on November 21st in order to repair a herniated disc in the L4-L5 area of her lower back. Surgery went as planned but somehow, someway the disc re-herniated less than a week later. An emergency room visit, an MRI, and a phone call from the surgeon and she was scheduled for surgery again on Novermber 29th for a re-do of her first surgery.
Lauren is a single mother who does more than her share for her 2 girls and lives on a very strict, modest budget. She had time scheduled to be off for the surgery but now is having to file for disability insurance.
If the disability insurance does kick in, she only gets 60% of her regular pay and won't be able to pay her bills, rent or buy groceries, do anything for her girls for Christmas, or begin to repay medical bills.
