Help Lauren (Finn) Recover - community care!

In late November, Lauren (Finn) experienced a serious car accident and had to be hospitalized. Please help support a trans, Black biracial/mixed, nonprofit strategist, loyal friend and loving cat parent by contributing financial support. Lauren has spent their career providing services to low-income communities and communities of color in legal aid, community-based nonprofits and community organizing spaces. Lauren is in limbo with the Federal government about their loan forgiveness program.

Your contribution will help Lauren receive ongoing medical and emotional support and help them get back on the road. Lauren is on a reduced work schedule and their financial options are limited. Lauren works a full-time job, and runs a small business. It is a challenge to ask for help, and they do not have additional options for financial support in this difficult time. This is also a pivotal time in their life and career for trying to achieve financial stability after a particularly financially challenging past year and pandemic. Please help them avoid financial distress, obtain a reliable replacement vehicle, and move out of a place of scarcity/debt.
