There are some dreams that are planted quietly in your heart long before you understand the road it will take to reach them. For us, becoming parents has always been one of those dreams.

Over the years, that dream has held both immeasurable joy and unimaginable grief.

We said hello and goodbye far too quickly to our twin girls, Thea and Hope, on May 16, 2025. They are the lives that changed us forever. Though our arms were empty, they made us parents. They deepened our faith, softened our hearts, and taught us a kind of love that only Heaven can fully hold. Their lives, though brief, carry eternal weight in our story.

After Thea and Hope came our boys, Beckham and Brooks, who we knew for only a brief time last fall. But Jesus knows them deeper, and we are sure that we will be reunited with them in Heaven one day.

Grief has marked our story, but so has faith.

There were seasons where the waiting felt heavy. Seasons where prayers felt quiet. Seasons where we wondered what parenthood would look like for us. But through every high and low, we have held tightly to one truth:

We still believe we are meant to be parents.

Not because the road has been easy.

But because God has never stopped writing our story.

Adoption has been placed on our hearts not as a backup plan, but as a beautiful and intentional path to building our family. It feels like the next faithful step, born from loss, healing, and a deep trust that love makes a family.

We are now beginning the process of partnering with adoption agencies so we can be matched with our future child. We have chosen Christian Adoption Consultants to assist us in this process. It is both exciting and humbling. Adoption is a gift. But it also comes with significant financial costs, from agency fees and legal expenses to home studies and travel.

This is where our community comes in.

We truly believe this child will grow up knowing they were prayed for, hoped for, and loved long before we ever met them, because of you.
