Lauren, my daughter, and Leland Roberson lost their firstborn child, Nolan Scott Roberson, on July 23, 2021. Lauren found out on the day of their gender reveal that she had Covid. Within a few days following that, there was no heartbeat. Lauren had to be induced and deliver a baby that was no longer living. Instead of bringing home their baby boy, they had to plan a funeral.

Due to these added expenses, there was not enough money to purchase a headstone or pay for the concrete foundation.

Since that time, Lauren and Leland have been blessed with two beautiful girls, Leah and Layla. As anyone who has kids knows, raising children is expensive.

It breaks their heart that they have not been able to take care of this. This is where the help of family and friends can provide the funds to purchase the monument and foundation.

They always have a get-together on Nolan’s birthday, July 23, and I thought it would be an excellent SURPRISE for them if we were able to present the funds necessary to do this.
