Help Lauren and Gabe with Rent and Bills

Hi, I'm Lauren and this is my son, Gabe.

Luckily, I've been at my new job since August 2024 and I plan on staying unless something better comes up. My son is searching for a job consistently, but so far nothing has come up for him. He's still trying, although it's understandable that he's feeling a little defeated. I am currently applying for second jobs for my days off, but it's slow going there as well.

With the increase in rent and food expenses, we're having a difficult time affording what we need. And I no longer qualify for state assistance, as they consider what I make at work 'too much' to need assistance. Little bit of a cosmic joke, that.

Right now, we need help with rent as well as expenses such as food and bills as we continue navigating job searching. I'd also appreciate having the chance to build up a little bit of savings just in case any unexpected expenses pop up, as they tend to do. ANYTHING HELPS! Please share as far and as wide as possible.
