Help Laurel Relocate

I am fundraising for my friend, Laurel, who has had to relocate due to the possibility of an imminent collapse of her condo. The city has issued a demolition order of the condo. Laurel is still responsible for the mortgage on the condo, even though she will not be able to live there. There are condo association fees left to pay. Please help in whatever way you can.
