If you’ve had the pleasure of meeting or working with Laura, you can’t help but love her. Laura is one of the most caring and hard working nurses out there. Her warm smile and ‘Can-do’ attitude brighten up even the gloomiest days.

Unfortunately, as many of you may have heard, Laura recently experienced a very stressful situation. Her beloved 6 year old Greyhound, Archie, was diagnosed with osteosarcoma. The past few months have been filled with countless veterinarian appointments, surgeries, wound care, etc. Despite the hardships, Laura has remained steadfast by Archie’s side throughout all of it. Currently, Archie is having daily wound care as his leg was amputated and he developed a postoperative infection. The hope is that once the infection has resolved, he will be able to proceed forward with chemotherapy.
