On September 1, 2026, our lives changed in a matter of minutes. I am Laura, and I am creating this fundraiser for myself, my husband, and our five children after a fire destroyed our apartment and took nearly everything we had built over the years. We lost our home, our clothing, our furniture, our personal belongings, and so many of the basic necessities our family depends on every day. What makes this even harder is that while the apartment complex offered to relocate us to another unit, we are afraid to stay there because the cause of the fire is still unknown. We are especially worried about safety and want to do everything we can to protect our children.

Right now, our biggest hope is to find a safe, stable home outside of that complex and begin rebuilding our lives. Donations will help our family secure a new place to live and start replacing the essentials we lost in the fire. Any support helps.
