Friday my great granddaughter complained of a really bad headache. As the day went on, she lost all energy, gained pains in her neck, and threw up several times. My granddaughter and her husband decided to take her into the ER in Grinnell, Iowa that night. As tests were conducted it was ruled to be a brain bleed, but for an unknown reason. It was actually two bleeds.

Lauralie is a joyful, caring, energetic eleven year old with five siblings who are waiting for her to come home.

She has a long recovery ahead of her.
