Hi everyone. I am raising money for my friend, Laura W. They are in a financial emergency right now and need our help.

Laura's husband is recovering from a second surgery and is getting short-term disability at the end of November, but it won't be very much. Her mom just finished her 4th hospital visit this year and is in rehab. Laura is her POA and is required to be there for meetings. Because she needs to care for her husband and mother, she has struggled to find enough hours to work, and they aren't getting much income. Meanwhile, their bills are going unpaid.

They were going to have their water shut off, but a sweet friend paid the bill today.

They are a family of 10 and struggling. Her father-in-law is also in the ICU and not doing well, and they cannot travel there. They also have a family emergency with one of our kids abd are incurring medical bills. Laura is struggling to find time to work, and that's a real challenge. Hopefully, her husband will be back to work in December. He was working 6 days a week to try to make ends meet before his surgery, and all this happened at once.
