Hi, My name is Audrey Yarolem and I am trying to raise money to help my best friend Laura Serfass.

Laura is a self employed single mom of 3 with 2 kids still at home. Laura has not been feeling well for months and not able to work as much due to not feeing well, always feeling tired and becoming out of breath very easily. Laura was seen at the Dr a few times and never any answers or fixes. Recently Laura went to the ER because she was having a very hard time breathing and was admitted. Congestive heart failure. She had fluid all around her lungs making it hard for her to breathe. She has been in the hospital now for 3days trying to get the fluid off her lungs. They have not been able to do testing yet due to the fluid. Hopefully today the will be doing a angiogram. Last night she was finally up to taking a walk and that did not go very well. She began to have a lot of chest pain and they had to give her blood thinners and had nitro on hand.

Laura has been stressed to the max for months due to not feeling well and slowly falling behind. Now we know it was because of heart issues, her heart has been working overtime for a long time. hopefully we will know more soon and they will be able to fix it and she will feel better soon. We do not know how much time this will take as we do not have any answers yet.

EVERYONE that KNOWS Laura knows she would give you the shirt off her back if you needed it. She is always there for everyone when she can be. Right now she NEEDS us! She is self employed and always worrying about making it. She will have no income for a while and she still has to pay her chair rent to hold her spot plus put a roof over her and her kids heads. Being self employed you do not get ick pay or vacation pay. Lets help take some of the weight off her shoulders! We have no idea when she will be able to get back to work but her bills will keep adding up, ALL money will go towards bills and food and whatever else in needed while she is down. no amount is to small anything and everything will be a huge help to her. If you can not financially help that is ok but PLEASE pray!! she could use all the prayers she can get right now :)
