My name is Trinity, and I started this fundraiser to support my dear friend Laura, who is now in need of community care and generosity as she faces a cancer diagnosis.

Laura was my midwife for the births of two of my sons. She has welcomed hundreds of babies into the world and guided countless mothers and families through the profound, transformative experience of pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. She held our families with genuine care, steadiness, and authentic presence during those sacred times.

And Laura is more than the work she has offered the world. She is a devoted mother to three grown sons, a loving sister, and a true friend. She has a way of making people feel deeply seen and cared for, showing up with warmth, honesty, and strength. Whether in everyday moments or life’s most vulnerable passages, Laura brings a grounded, compassionate presence that has touched countless lives.

Now, Laura needs that same kind of care.

Her diagnosis has required her to step away from work and focus fully on healing. We are raising funds to help cover her living expenses during this time, as well as supportive therapies and supplements not covered by insurance. Disability is in process, but it takes time and will only cover a small portion of what she needs. Join me in showing up for Laura today.
