Help Laura Mulcahy Record For A Special Commission

Dear Everyone,

I have been asked to make a new piece of work to celebrate a twenty five year anniversary of a groundbreaking RTÉ radio show next year. The music is written, now I need to get my music into the recording studio. I have plans to collaborate on this piece and need help to make this special collaboration happen.

In the past I have collaborated with artists such as Sarah Ferrigan, Eoin O'Neill, Eamonn deBarra, Stevo Timothy, Katie Theasby (live) and I have ambitions to engage the services of more artists as I produce new work.

I hope anyone who reads this will consider supporting my newest music. I estimate that I need €1000 to achieve this new recording - this might seem like a lot of money but by the time musicians are paid, producer's fees covered, mastering, a video is made and every other thing that needs to be done, done, the costs will mount up.

It has become impossible to make art without support from others. Is crowd funding something people would help out with ?
