"Chicago Bound: Help Laura Make It to the Convention!"

I've been involved with the Democratic Party for twenty years. For the past ten years, I've served as the Vice-Chair of Lane County and the Chair of the Congressional District. Before that, I chaired Lane County's Community Action Committee, the Organization Committee, and my House District. I've also worked on numerous campaigns, focusing on field and finance, but I've taken on various roles depending on what's needed.

One thing I haven't done is be a delegate. Until Now. Much to my surprise and honor, I was elected as an at-large delegate to the Democratic National Convention in Chicago from August 19th to 22nd!

Attending the DNC is a significant opportunity, but it comes with considerable costs. I'm reaching out to you, my friends, family, and community, to help offset these expenses.
