Hello! My name is Laura and I’m a full time manual wheelchair user with Spina Bifida. One of my greatest joys is traveling and experiencing the great outdoors, yet so little information exists for wheelchair users about accessibility for parks and trails around the country. 

I dream of starting a YouTube channel centered around National & State Park travel accessibility (as well as other accessible adventures), and a GRIT Freedom Chair is just the equipment I need to get started on this adventure.  This wheelchair allows the user to go “off-roading” (in a way that is impossible for typical wheelchairs) over snow, sand, rock, gravel, grass and uneven terrain.
