Hey everyone, I'm Lucas Robinson, Laura Hegedus is my momma. Many of you may know that Laura successfully had a double lung transplant. Laura has been Gracefully dealing with a progressive lung disease that has inhibited her to enjoy a simple breath of fresh air for years.
Even with the crippling weight on her shoulders, and a time clock ticking on her life. She was patient, brave, and persistent, most of all, excited for the day she would get the call. Well on September 17, 2024, Laura received that long-awaited call. with a go bag that had been prepacked months prior, her and my pops were off to the hospital to change her life.
my momma's surgery took place on September 18, 2024, at banner hospital.
Laura has a long road of recover ahead. Every part of her healing process is crucial, for that so needed, breath of fresh air. Laura has a lot of healing to do in the days, and months ahead.
With that being said, first and foremost please pray, pray hard, every single day. Pray for her strength and healing.
My pops is hardworking man, and he holds down their home as well as any good man can. He is hard working and provides always. Rusty has never left that household without anything needed for as long as he has been my pops.
