Help Laura and Sayat Keep NOOSH!!

Our good friends, Laura and Sayat, need your help! Their business partner is trying to steal their restaurant out from under them (story SF Chron IG Noosh ) -- a business created and driven by their tireless work and talents. Those who have been to Noosh and/or know Laura and Sayat know exactly what kind of people they are and how this is an attack on two extraordinary friends -- an attack that could happen to any one of us unfortunate enough to partner with the wrong person.
They need your help funding their defense (lawyers are expensive)! Any amount helps. Please share with your friends so that we can all support Laura and Sayat during this difficult period! We know they will prevail. We know that the new or the next restaurant will be better than ever -- and we will all benefit from the deliciousness they create!! ;)

Thought we'd end with one photo that shows that it's not always smiles and fun. It's hard work. And there are tough times. This is one of those times. But the path leads forward and we hope that everyone who knows these two will put strong arms around them. Onward!

"Laura and Sayat Ozyilmaz, co-owners and executive chefs at Noosh, announce that they were wrongfully and without prior notice locked out of their own operation at Noosh which they have been running since its opening and through the conceptual and development phase of the restaurant. This is a surprising development since the third owner who wrongfully locked them out has not been at the restaurant since May, although he has threatened to destroy their careers in the past and is following through with his threats. Laura and Sayat are devastated to have been separated from their fans, customers and the family they have built with the employee team at Noosh, named by Sayat in honor of his grandmother. Laura and Sayat have always been passionate about creating a unique, value and hospitality driven dining experience and will continue to do so at Noosh, Istanbul Modern SF and/or a new concept of their creation.
Laura and Sayat dispute the false allegations made against them and look forward to resolution as the matter is currently in litigation.
