Help Laura and River After Eaton Fire

My dear friend and mama comrade @sagrada.2.0, along with her 7-year-old son, River, has been severely impacted by the Eaton Canyon Fires in Los Angeles.

They have lost almost everything. Laura’s apartment still stands but her entire apartment, along with 80% of her & River’s belongings are smoke damaged beyond repair. River’s family home at his father’s in Upper Altadena was destroyed, as well as his elementary school, Aveson.

Laura is a single mother, an educator with LAUSD, and a talented poet who has poured so much into her community. Now she needs our support. She is seeking help getting back on her feet after this disaster.

Laura escaped with her two cats, her car, and a few precious belongings, but the road ahead is daunting.
