Hello everyone,
On 3/25/2024 I suffered a tibiofemoral dislocation to my left knee with multiple major ligament ruptures, rendering me unable to walk without a brace & crutches and more importantly unable to work. I will go through 2 surgeries that will equal a total knee reconstruction.
My ortho estimates that I will be unable to work for 9-12 months. While I have applied for temporary disability, the review & approval process itself takes 9-12 months.
Although I was trying to avoid going this route: I am raising funds for my day to day expenses such as: gas, medical, food, & bills so that I can hopefully afford the necessities during my lengthy recovery time. I am a single mom providing for my 8 year old daughter, and I have already gotten far behind in my finances.
I know the economy is tough for everyone, but I appreciate anything you are able to donate to my cause, no matter how little! Thank you!
