Help Launch Vinnies Cafe

A lot of my friends and family that have known me over the years have known that I’ve had the goal of opening up my own cafe.

I’m happy to say I’ve finally been able to fully begin the process of opening up Vinnie's Cafe.

Named after my late father Vincent Hobley, Vinnie's Cafe is meant to represent not only what I’ve learned and experienced for myself but to continue the legacy of the two people who have laid the groundwork for me to even be able to dream.

The legacy of my parents who were able to teach me what are now the core values of Vinnie's Cafe:

Respect

I’ve prided myself on always being able to bring people together and making them feel comfortable to be themselves and learn more about each other. In my 10+ years in the service industry, the customer service and connection were what I loved most.

My goal is to be a hub for the people of the Twin Cities for great specialty coffee, great food, amazing local music, libations, and a safe space for us all to connect and build with each other.

To start out, we will operate out of a food truck where we will serve delicious coffee and elevated comfort food, along with live performances from local musicians. Any money donated will be going to startup costs for equipment, various licensing, local graphic design, and marketing.
