Hi, I’m Chef Corey – a professional chef, pastry visionary, and recent contestant on Food Network’s Spring Baking Championship Season 11. I’ve spent my career creating soulful, innovative dishes that tell stories—stories rooted in heritage, community, and the art of food.

Being on national television was a dream, but the real dream has always been this: Urban Chef’s Table—a soul food concept that brings bold, heartfelt flavors to the streets and neighborhoods that raised me.

After the show aired, I was overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support. So many of you reached out with the same question:

Here’s how.

I’m raising funds to launch the first phase of Urban Chef’s Table—a food truck or small restaurant space that serves chef-driven soul food with a modern twist. Think: scratch-made everything, flavors you’ve never forgotten, and dishes that honor both tradition and evolution. This isn’t just about food—it’s about creating a space where culture, flavor, and community meet.

But we’re dreaming bigger.

Our ultimate goal is to open a brick-and-mortar restaurant in Washington, D.C., where we can create a lasting home for Urban Chef’s Table. We want to work directly with local farmers and purveyors to offer a true farm-to-table experience—highlighting seasonal ingredients, regional traditions, and soulful dishes that reflect our community and values.
