When I unexpectedly lost my corporate job, I made a decision: not to rebuild the life I had—but to create the space I always needed when I started writing. A community for learning, for belonging, for stories that haven’t always been heard.

That vision became The Storybody Method—a holistic, heart-first craft system designed to help writers tell powerful, meaningful stories with emotional depth, clear structure, and confident execution.

But this project isn’t just about stories. It’s about craft, community, and change.

There are countless writers—especially from marginalized backgrounds—who haven’t had access to mentorship, support, or spaces that affirm their voice. This campaign exists to change that.

Together, we can build something that empowers more voices to rise.

This campaign has three bold goals—and I’d be honored to have your support in bringing them to life.

The Storybody Method fuses three pillars of storytelling:

• Hand = the execution—scene work, style, and revision

This book is part craft, part coaching, and fully designed to help writers build fiction that lives on the page.

GOAL 2: Build the Storybody Hub.

A Digital Home for Writers

Writers don’t just need information—they need belonging.

With your help, we’ll launch a website and community platform offering:

• Downloadable craft tools and printable worksheets

• A Discord community for writers to share, learn, and connect

• Editor referrals and transparency on the business of writing

• Resources centering the needs of emerging and marginalized voices

Think of it as a creative sanctuary, a place to be guided, grounded, and inspired.

GOAL 3: Launch the Firethread Fund

There are stories sitting in silence, not because they lack merit but because their writers lacked access.

The Firethread Fund is a new scholarship program that will offer:

• Full developmental or line edits to a marginalized writer

• One-on-one coaching or consulting sessions

• Resources, feedback, and encouragement from someone who gets it

• One of two monetary awards for writers to launch their books, marketing or ads.

Our mantra: “Igniting silenced voices, one story at a time.”
