The Rooster Princess is on the move!

The Jewish Women’s Storytelling collective has created a groundbreaking new book! In the hundreds of collections of Jewish stories, most stories are about male characters; few feature women.

Now, all that has changed!

The Rooster Princess and Other Tales creates equal opportunity for all genders to absorb the wisdom of our culture. We need your help to get the word out! We started this GoFundMe to ask for your support.

Your kind contributions will be used to fund the book's contributors, members of the Jewish Women's Storytelling Collective, to travel to book signings and storytelling events. Fees are required to apply for book reviews and awards, assistance with media strategies, professional editing costs, and mailing costs. We plan to send copies to potential readers and academics who might choose the book for their bookstores, libraries and classrooms.

We hope to put this book in the hands of people from all walks of life who believe that gender balance in the stories of a people is an essential part of celebrating those people.
