Hi, I’m Brandon — a baker, chef, and food entrepreneur in Redmond, WA.

After years of dreaming and dough-testing, I’m finally launching The Pink Bowl — a small-batch baking project that blends nostalgia, craftsmanship, and flavor. Everything is made from scratch, often sourdough-based, and rooted in local grains and ingredients.

To get The Pink Bowl off the ground, I’m raising funds to cover the basics: ingredients, packaging, equipment upgrades, and startup costs. Every dollar helps me produce test batches, offer local sample boxes, and build toward a licensed bake space.
