Sunshine is a fully autonomous IoT solar tracker that tells you exactly how much sun energy your location receives — so you can decide whether solar panels are worth it for your home, optimize placement for maximum output, or find the ideal conditions for sun-dependent plants and crops. Real data. No guesswork.

Solar panels are everywhere now, yet most people still won't make the switch. Not because the technology fails — but because they have no way to test whether it works for them, in their location, with their conditions. Sunshine solves that directly.

I built the first version as my school graduation project, receiving the best grade awarded in years. The project has since attracted the attention of TUM's startup consultancy, who are actively advising on the path to market. Now I'm taking it from prototype to a certified, manufacturable product — and that's where your support comes in.

The goal is €28,400 by 10 August 2026 broken down as:

A homeowner who uses Sunshine instead of guessing saves potentially thousands on a wrong solar investment. That's what this money funds — not a concept, but a tool that's already been built, graded, and is being guided toward market by one of Europe's leading technical universities. Funds will be received directly by me, the project founder, and allocated to each milestone as outlined above.
