I am raising funds to create a new peer support website for people living with schizophrenia. Recently, a valuable online community that provided support and connection for many individuals in need announced it will be closing down. This news has left many people without a safe space to share their experiences, find understanding, and receive encouragement from others who truly understand what they’re going through. As someone who has benefited from these kinds of communities, I know how important it is to have a place where people can connect and support each other.

My goal is to build a new website using Discourse, a platform that will allow us to continue offering peer support, resources, and a sense of belonging for those affected by schizophrenia. The funds raised will go exclusively toward website hosting and ensuring that our community remains accessible, secure, and welcoming for everyone who needs it.
