Safe Haven Animal Network is a brand new organization founded by Cher Arseneau, and right now it is still in build mode. Cher is creating Safe Haven to help animals and the people who care for them through coordinated support, practical resources, and community partnerships. The vision is to build a network where shelters, rescues, fosters, veterinarians, trainers, groomers, and caring community members can work together so animals have a better chance at safety, care, and stability. For families and caregivers facing difficult moments, Safe Haven aims to be a place where help is easier to find and support can come together in a meaningful way.

Funds from this fundraiser will help Cher lay the foundation for Safe Haven Animal Network and begin putting real support in place. Donations will go toward formation, professional guidance, and initial insurance costs, along with website development, reporting tools, and secure program setup. Support will also help provide the first careboxes and an emergency animal care fund, as well as volunteer, foster, and partner recruitment and training. Additional funds will cover outreach, printing, launch events, and related processing fees and contingency needs. Safe Haven has not yet received IRS 501(c)(3) recognition, so donations to this personal fundraiser should not be assumed to be tax deductible.
