That's exactly how Project CI began. While scrolling through Instagram and TikTok, I kept seeing videos highlighting litter and pollution in India. Instead of simply watching and feeling discouraged, I wanted to create a solution that would encourage people to help make an impact. I decided to build Project CI, a platform that turns donations into paid community cleanups and inspires people to make a difference in their own neighborhoods.

Here's how it works: individuals clean public areas, take before and after photos, and submit their cleanup through our verification process. Once approved, they receive a small reward funded by donations. We also organize community cleanup events where volunteers work together, and donations help provide essential supplies like gloves, trash bags, and other cleanup materials needed to make these events successful. Every donation, no matter the amount, helps create an impact. It supports cleanup rewards, provides supplies for community events, and encourages more people to take part in community cleanups. Through transparency and verified cleanups, donors can see how their contributions are making a difference on our website.

Our initial fundraising goal is $1,000. This funding will allow us to reward volunteers for cleanups, provide gloves, trash bags, and other essential cleanup supplies for community events.
