Hello, my name is Joshua Betts, and I’m a veteran, entrepreneur, and proud founder of Prime Protection LLP — a security company built out of pain, purpose, and a deep desire to protect others.

This business was born from a personal tragedy. A situation involving my sister opened my eyes to the real dangers people face every day — and just how unprepared many communities, schools, and businesses are when it comes to safety. Not long after, I began noticing the heartbreaking rise in gun violence, especially in areas where people simply go to work, raise families, or build dreams.

I knew I couldn’t just sit back and do nothing.

With that, my partner and I made a commitment:

To create a security company that goes beyond just being a presence — a company that actively protects what people value most: their lives, their families, and their livelihoods.

We started Prime Protection LLP, a veteran-owned, licensed, and insured security service based in the Oklahoma City area. Our mission is to deliver reliable, community-focused protection using highly trained professionals and non-lethal methods whenever possible. We want to give people peace of mind — especially in underserved neighborhoods, schools, local businesses, and high-risk areas.

Now, we’re asking for your help.

Starting a business like this requires resources — equipment, uniforms, alternative non-lethal defense tools, licensing, training costs, vehicles, and insurance. Every dollar you give helps us move one step closer to creating safe spaces where people can live and work without fear.
