Help Launch my Mobile Smashburger Restaurant

Raising money to start up a mobile restaurant serving amazing smashburgers and chicken sandwiches. The cooking comes to YOU! This concept is great for corporate events, company picnics, breweries, wineries, and the list goes on!

I don’t need “capital”, I just need a tent, 2 hibachi flat top grills, 2 coolers and enough to fund the start-up insurance and food Costs!

The Concept: Smashburgers are an art.

I took some of my favorite dishes to cook…..dishes that people love to eat, and envisioned them on a bun, on top of perfectly seasoned smashed burger patties, on something better than just a “run of the mill” boring hamburger bun, with sauces that compliment each specific motif. Then I serve them with fries or onion rings, and traditional sides such as Mac n’ Cheese, potato salad, macaroni salad, baked beans, etc.
