Help Launch Our First Non-Profit Course

Our mission is simple yet urgent: to teach people why they should value each other’s lives.

Through immersive experiential education, Culture of Respect imparts listening, communication, and empathy skills to help participants effectively engage with people from different backgrounds. Rooted in over 30 years of research, refined pedagogy, and application, Culture of Respect guides participants through a human-centered exploration of the personal impact of systems of oppression, eliciting a deeper understanding of why they should value each other's lives.

In January 2026, we’re launching our next Culture of Respect course—our first since officially becoming a nonprofit organization. We’re aiming to raise $19,000. This will cover the full cost of the 10-week experience for up to 38 participants.

The Culture of Respect course is a 25-hour journey that equips people with the interpersonal skills and critical awareness to navigate today’s diverse world with confidence and compassion. Through personal stories, reflection, and shared learning, participants confront classism, sexism, ableism, religious oppression, heterosexism, racism, and ageism—drawing from real-life experiences to deepen understanding and build authentic allyship.

Every donation—large or small—helps us build a culture of respect. Here’s how your contribution can make a difference:

  • $1,900 funds an entire 2.5-hour session exploring classism, sexism, ableism, religious oppression, heterosexism, racism, and ageism
  • $1,500 covers the full compensation of one facilitator
  • $1,150 funds the foundational "Who’s Here?" activity
  • $500 supports one participant’s entire 25-hour journey
  • $200 covers all home group time for a single session
  • $150 pays one facilitator for a single session
  • $120 supports structured ally work for a single session
  • $50 supports a single participant's 2.5-hour session
  • $20 supports one hour of learning for a participant
  • $5 covers a single home group discussion for one participant

We believe the world needs the Culture of Respect now more than ever—and your support can help us bring it to those who need it most.
