Hello friends! Joanna here, the baker behind Oly Bread. I’ve been working to turn my passion for baking into a small artisan bakery in Olympia, Washington, bringing handcrafted sourdough loaves and baked goods to the community. After months of preparation, I’m now in the final stages of launching Oly Bread, but there’s just a little more I need to get going.
I’m raising funds to cover licensing fees and final startup costs, including a cottage food permit, business license, packaging materials, ingredients for the launch, and other essentials to officially open Oly Bread and welcome the community.
