MyHeathenHearts is a veteran-owned family business inspired by my seven kids, who are truly my heart—even if they’re a little wild sometimes! As an Army veteran and Police Officer, I’ve seen firsthand the dedication and sacrifice of veterans and first responders. I want to share their stories through comic books and children’s books, creating content that honors their contributions and gives families something meaningful to enjoy together.

Launching this business means covering a lot of startup costs: Kickstarter and web development, printing and publishing fees, business license fees, equipment for writing, drawing, and content creation, packaging and shipping supplies, apps and computer programs, a new computer, printers, cover artist and model fees, and miscellaneous supplies. Every dollar raised will help us build a foundation for MyHeathenHearts, so we can bring these stories to life and reach more families.
