My name is AB.

I’m a newly certified yoga teacher, intuitive guide, and lifelong student of liberation, spiritual, emotional, and ancestral knowledge.

After years on my own healing journey, I felt a deep calling to create sacred space, a place where others can come home to themselves through movement, breath, voice, and radical self-love.

As a Black woman and Mama, I know how rare and essential it is to find healing spaces that feel truly safe, inclusive, and rooted in love.

Our mission is to create sacred space where healing becomes a form of resistance and remembrance—especially for Black women and communities who’ve long carried the weight of injustice. Through yoga, meditation, spiritual advising, and racial justice education, Revolutionary Goddess offers tools and space to reconnect with the body, release inherited trauma, and live in embodied freedom
