I started out as a brand new barista at The Cajun Coffee Shack and immediately fell in love with everything about espresso and customer service in the coffee industry. I found true passion in creating the perfect cup of coffee—whether it was selecting the right roast, grinding the beans, dialing in the espresso, pulling the perfect shot, frothing milk, or creating latte art. What I loved most was fine-tuning each drink to match a customer’s unique taste profile and seeing the joy it brought them.

Now, as a 23-year-old living in my first studio apartment with my two cats, I want to take this passion and use it to create a comfortable, welcoming environment in my community. It’s my dream to open my own coffee and pastry shop, a place where people can gather, relax, and enjoy a cup made with care. I’m starting from the ground up, and every step is a new adventure. The funds raised will go toward everything I need to launch my pop-up coffee business—from the espresso machine to napkins and all the little details that make a coffee shop special.
