I have been a professional chef for over a decade, and throughout my career, I’ve always dreamed of starting my own business. Time and time again, I tried to bring my vision to life, but my busy career kept pulling me away from making it a reality. Everything changed in 2022 when my dad passed away. Since then, I’ve felt a deep urge to memorialize him in a way that truly reflects who he was—a man who loved sharing good food, laughter, and joy with everyone around him.

My dream is to honor my dad by creating a gourmet hot dog business that brings people together, just like he did. If you know me, I exude hospitality. I want to serve super delicious hot dogs with house-made toppings and crispy house chips with a special seasoning situation, surrounded by love and joy with friends and neighbors. This concept is close to my heart, and I believe it has the potential to make a real impact in my community.
