Who I Am and Why I Started This

My name is Mason Johnson. I’m a first-generation college graduate, a former college athlete, and someone who knows what it’s like to feel lost under the pressure of student debt. After finishing school, I felt the excitement of a new chapter fade into financial anxiety. I kept wondering, why isn’t there a better system to help students after the tassel is turned?

That question became my mission. I created Grad Heroes to give students a fighting chance. To give them hope. To build a platform where generosity meets real results. I am pouring everything I have into this — time, energy, personal savings — and I’m asking for your help to bring it to life.
