Cruze Rideshare Inc (cruzenc.com) is a North Carolina-born rideshare company built from the ground up with one unwavering belief: the person behind the wheel deserves to be treated like the backbone of the business — because they are. We’re not another venture-backed startup optimizing for Wall Street. We’re a community-powered platform designed to make rideshare a real, sustainable career for people who value flexibility, autonomy, and fair pay. We compete directly with Uber and Lyft — but we play by completely different rules. While the giants take 40–50% of every fare, we pay our drivers 75% of net rideshare revenue. While others leave drivers isolated in a gig economy fog, we’ve built community features that make driving for us feel like belonging to something.

We are currently bootstrapped and raising money so that we can obtain the proper state licensing and insurance to enable our launch. We want to begin advertising and building a driver workforce, but we need assistance to bring this model to life. Funds will be spent on licensing, state and federal fees, research and development, onboarding drivers, running background checks, and other company responsibilities. Our MVP has already been built, and we are in the process of finishing the customer-facing application for preregistration within the upcoming quarter.
